Arrabbiata Sauce
Ingredients
3 T extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-1/2 - 2 crushed red pepper flakes
4 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Directions
Heat oil an large saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Simmer, partially covered, for 10-15 minutes
